Meet Our Staff

Holly was born in Ferriday, Louisiana, but moved to Baker, Florida, when she was three years old and has stayed ever since! She is a Certified Dental Assistant and graduated in the first dental assistant class at Northwest Florida State College in 2003. She now has 20 years of experience in the field of dentistry. What she loves most about her position is that she “loves working with people and seeing someone get the smile they’ve always wanted!” Her hobbies include sports, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Lashelle grew up in Detroit, Michigan. She is a certified dental assistant, certified in orthodontics, and is also a certified nursing assistant. With over 15 years of dental experience, her favorite aspect of her position is being part of the patient’s journey to improved self-esteem and helping them conquer their dental fears. She loves seeing the final transformation of aesthetic cases. Lashelle enjoys empowering women, and as a licensed aesthetician, she loves doing lashes, facials, and hair! She also enjoys karaoke, working out, and spending time with her family and her two beautiful daughters.

Xhiara was born in Germany but calls the Panhandle “home.” Born into a military family, she’s had the opportunity to visit many geographical locations. She attended the Accelerated Academy for Dental Assisting (AADA) and has proudly served two years in the dental industry. The most rewarding aspect of her career is having the opportunity to "transform smiles." Her hobbies include going to the beach and spending time with her adorable daughter and family members.

Justin was born on a farm in North Carolina but has lived all over the country, from Florida to Washington state. He studied Computer Science at UNCW and has 20 years of experience in the technology and customer service industries. Although new to the world of dentistry, Justin loves helping people on their personal dental journey. He has a strong passion for computers, people, and family. When not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, playing games and exploring the world!

Haley is from Burkburnett, Texas, but she was born on Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. She graduated high school in Burkburnett, Texas, and received both her Associate of Science and Certified Dental Assisting certification from Vernon College. She graduated from hygiene school at Thomas Nelson Community College in Williamsburg, VA, with a major in Applied Science and a minor in Dental Hygiene. With about 14 years of dental experience, her favorite part of dentistry is, “I love educating patients on oral hygiene and making them feel more confident about their smile after a cleaning.” Her hobbies include boating, shopping, and spending time with her twin boys.

Kari is originally from Texas. Her education includes an Associate of Science degree, a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and an Associate of Dental Hygiene degree from North Carolina. Her favorite part of dentistry is “helping patients have an awesome smile.” Her hobbies include spending time with her family, and she is an avid video gamer.

Brianda was born in Madrid, Spain, where she attended elementary and high school. She also attended the Conservatory of Art and Dance for five years, becoming a ballet dancer and teacher. She later attended the 96th Dental Squadron American Red Cross Dental Assisting Program. With over 22 years of dental experience, her favorite part of dentistry is the hustle and bustle of the practice—“it can get crazy!”—and the chance to work with and help patients. She enjoys movies, music, swimming, and traveling, and loves spending time with her family and her furbaby (her dog)!

Laura was born in Mexico and moved to South Carolina when she was nine years old. She met her husband in South Carolina, and through his military career, the two were able to travel and explore beautiful locations, including Florida. She graduated from the Fortis Institute in 2023 and has long-term goals of pursuing a career in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys “taking care of our patients, assisting them in achieving a beautiful smile, and picking up new dental knowledge along the way. Being part of an office with such a welcoming and committed staff makes me proud.” Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two furbabies (a Golden Retriever and a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier). She also enjoys crafting, making decorative chocolate-covered fruits, and working out.

Renee grew up in Los Alamos, New Mexico. She obtained her Certified Dental Assistant certification from Central New Mexico Community College. Her favorite part of dentistry is “having the opportunity to meet patients and help them achieve the smile they’ve always wanted!” She has 13 years of experience in the dental field. Her hobbies include playing volleyball, watching NFL football (Go Bucs!), traveling, and trying out new restaurants.

Andrea was born on Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines. She has been in the dental field for 15 years, starting as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front office. Although she left the dental field for three years, her passion for the career and the patients brought her back. She has three amazing sons, two awesome daughters-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters. In 2023, Andrea moved from Virginia to Florida to marry her high school sweetheart. She loves to read and enjoys sightseeing with her husband.

Ozzy was enrolled in off-the-leash obedience training with Off Leash K9 Training 30A. He has been working with our front office staff, and his favorite aspect of dentistry is currently making his dental team smile, so they can pass those smiles on to our patients! His hobbies include finding mushrooms, yard zoomies, and chasing his feline siblings, Djinn Djinn and Keekee!
