Sylvia is originally from Miami, Florida. She obtained her Associate of Arts degree from Northwest Florida State College and her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Safety and Security from Florida State University. She has her Dental Assistant certification from the Red Cross, has 9 years of experience in the Dental field, and is both BLS and ACLS trained. Her favorite aspect about Dentistry is “the opportunity to help people”. Her hobbies include working out, hanging out with her family, and she enjoys outdoor activities, such as paddle boarding.
Holly was born in Ferriday, Louisiana but moved to Baker, Florida when she was 3 years old and has stayed ever since! She is a Certified Dental Assistant and graduated as the first dental assistant class at Northwest Florida State College in 2003. She currently has 18 years of experience in the field of Dentistry. The thing she loves most about her position is that she “loves working with people and seeing someone get the smile they’ve always wanted”! Her hobbies includes sports, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Brianda was born in Madrid, Spain. It was in Spain that she attended elementary and high school. She also attended the Conservatory of Art and Dance for 5 years and became a Ballet dancer and teacher. She later attended the 96th Dental Squadron American Red Cross Dental Assisting Program. With over 20 years of dental experience, her favorite thing about Dentistry is the hussle and bussle of dentistry “it can get crazy!”, the chance to work with people, and getting to help patients. She enjoys movies and music, likes swimming, and traveling. She also loves spending time with her family and furbaby (her dog)!
Lashelle grew up in Detroit, Michagan. She became a certified Dental Assistant, certified in orthodontics, and is a certified nursing assistant. With over 12 years of dental experience, her favorite aspect about her dental position is that she enjoys being a part of the patient’s journey with their improving self-esteem, helping patient’s conquer their dental fears, and she loves seeing the final transformation of dental aesthetic cases. She enjoys participating in activities that empower women, and as a licensed aesthetician, she loves doing lashes, facials, and hair! She also enjoys Karaoke, working out, and spending time with her family and 2 beautiful daughters!
Renee grew up in Los Alamos, New Mexico. She obtained her Certified Dental Assistant certification from Central New Mexico Community College. Her favorite thing about dentistry and her position is “having the opportunity to meet patients and help them achieve the smile they have always wanted”! She has 11 years of experience in the field of dentistry. Her hobbies includes playing volleyball, watching NFL football (Go Bucs!), traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
She grew up in Troy, Alabama. She has experience working in the front office since 2005. Her favorite thing about her position is that she enjoys the accounting side of her job and she “enjoys seeing the smile patients leave with after our dentists have completed the patient’s treatment”! She has close to 10 years of experience in the dental field. Her hobbies includes boating, relaxing with a glass of wine, spending time with family, and traveling.
Wendy was born in Kentucky, but moved to Crestview when she was 8 years old. “You can tell by my accent that Crestview is my hometown”. Her family had relocated to Crestview, where her father proudly served the United States Air Force for 27 years. As a dental hygienist for 28 years and having been with Crestview Family Dentistry for over 6 years, the aspect of dentistry that she likes most is “I enjoy making our patients feel like they are part of my own family members”. Her hobbies includes spending time with her husband of 29 years, and their son and daughter, all things outdoors, spending time at the beach, her faith in God, traveling, and “any activity that gets my adrenaline pumping”!
Sandra grew up in Okeechobee, Florida. She joined the United States Air Force and worked as a jet engine mechanic at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona. She later attended Indian River State College in Ft. Pierce, FL for hygiene, which had been rated top in the nation. She graduated with honors, passed the State Boards with a perfect score, and has now been a hygienist for over 20 years. Her favorite thing about working in her position is “I enjoy cleaning teeth. Seeing the patient transformations is my favorite…and my patients become like family to me”! Outside of work, she enjoys working out at the gym (even participating in Pro Fitness competitions over the past 7 years and earning her NASM-CPT certification!), is an active member in her church (both her grandparents are pastors), and spending time with her husband of 24 years and their son and daughter.
